I am very displeased because this EXPENSIVE textbook didn't even come with the access code to do my homework. Now I've got to shell out $85 more on top of the cost of this book, the description needs to be more specific.

Bought this for my son. When he input the access code needed to get to his homework and quizzes, it did not work. After several tries, we contacted Pearson and the first rep couldn't understand why it did not work and kept us on so long that my phone died. Using a land line, I called back and got another Rep and he was so disinterested that he put us on hold after telling us that his system wasn't working. We ended up hanging up and calling back. The third rep couldn't fix it either and told us that we had to contact Amazon. Their defective system and they blame Amazon!!! I ended up buying another code from the College Book Store and I am out even more money with no way of getting Pearson to fix the issue. Buyer beware!!!!
