I have used this and the prior four editions of Modern Database Management in my database class as well their companion book Modern Systems Analysis and Design in my Analysis and Design course and both books are excellent, easy to understand, and more importantly, well likely by students. The publisher sends me free copies of course; however, this time, I elected to buy the Kindle Edition on my own to avoid carrying too many textbooks and am extremely happy with that version. I especially like the Kindle feature that allows you to double click a word and find definitions and the highlighting feature.
